I should still install that patch for File Security 4.5 right?

ESET 5 file security is causing my SBS 2011 servers to lockup. They are just frozen. I can't do anything except hard boot them. I know there was an issue with the older version of ESET 4, but I thought this was corrected. Do I need to install this fix still? hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2567
