  1. Could someone out there help me? I made the post no one else answered to clear my doubts. I will explain again. Guys, I was checking the Windows 11 task manager which is between 12% and 17.7% after I installed version 15 of the ESET products. I uninstalled ESET from my computer, see how much the percentage was 0.4%. the images above shows. Why when I have ESET installed on my machine the WINDOWS TASK MANAGER is consuming more than usual?
  2. The second post. I put it because I removed the antivirus from ESET and went back to consuming less than before. The first image had the eset installed and it consumed more, The second image was after I removed the eset, and it went back to consuming little.
  3. I did the test of ESET INTERNET SECURITY from my computer, look how much the percentage was 0.4%. Based on this issue I will be without ESET until fixed.
  4. Guys, I was repairing the windows 11 task manager is getting between 12% to 17.7%, after I installed version 15 of the ESET products. I went to do other tests, removed ESET and installed Kaspersky the consumption of Task Manager reduction to 0.1% 2%. Looking at these data, the Processing consumption that ESET is using is very high. What do I have to do to reduce this consumption?
  5. What you said was perfectly correct, for ESET customers we urgently need a dark theme for the product we use. I always listen, it's programmed for the future. but take a look at the request from users, it has been requested for years, so far I don't know what it means that it will be placed in the future....because that future never arrives. that's a shame we're going through it, all because of a color a dark theme...
  6. I always noticed why when there is a problem with ESET, everyone says it goes to the KASPERSKY product? I was curious to know why always KASPERSKY?
  7. I was researching and found that KASPERSKY products are having a problem with windows. I was wondering what ESET has in their product that is not affected by this issue? Below is the link to the full article for analysis. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/microsoft-windows-installer-breaks-apps-after-updates-repairs/
  8. I am always dismayed when ESET loses on AVTEST and AVCOMPARATIVES test scores for free products. I keep wondering why? since we pay ourselves for a quality product, but each year ESET always loses to Free products. and not to mention that Kaspersky gets first every test. I need an explanation in relation to this, if anyone knows could they let me know?
  9. Wow in these images, Eset failed to pick up on this threat. as you said, it is no longer a luxury and a necessity to have in tools. ESET gives more value to our needs, competitors' products are with much more efficient tools than NOSSA.
  10. Checking other tools KASPERSKY has a very good tool in its products follow the link below https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ Why doesn't eset have that kind of tool that its competitors have? kaspersky has several solutions that is why eset does not create its tools. Look that this one that Kaspersky made is free.
  11. I'm getting pretty worried about the results. eset is not doing well, several antivirus even gratis detected.
  12. From what I understand there are several products that detected zero-day malware, even free products, with this eset's liveguard and just one way for eset to make money with this feature that other products already exist, even though they are free products?
  13. I just think ESET should take a closer look at the comments and suggestions about eset in the Future changes to "ESET Internet Security and ESET Smart Security Premium" topic there are a lot of things there that have been commented on and never posted.
  14. It's ok if installing the product again resolved. But a fix would have to come to fix this whole problem. Imagine if a small company would have to install everything again, or even at home, that's why I think I would have to send a patch package. not us users to do workarounds.
  15. My friend, not much has changed, the interface is the same, there is no dark mode, several user comments requesting changes in the appearance of the antivirus, but so far nothing was attended to. when you check back here and comment what you think. I haven't found anything so far. it's like ten from version 9
  16. Esteemed, With the release of the new version of ESET products, could you please let me know why the modules were removed? follow the list below: With this removal will I be unprotected?
  17. I wonder if it's really the product that we will use from eset we use. And safe like Kaspersky, Norton, Bitdefender. Is the cloud service of the above products better than eset's?
  18. Good afternoon, I always check in each security product on the market what each product has the best to offer to customers. Is there any place that could tell me what each module of eset does and its role in the antivirus? Below is the list:
  19. 1 - Want to know the difference between regular update and pre-release update? 2 - if the pre-release is better because the eset program doesn't put it as default?
  20. Now how do we consumers report problems that happen to our products? Because I'm always seeing problems and never a solution. and a lot of delay to solve, whenever what I hear is on V15 it will be corrected.
  21. I see there are a lot of people talking about these glitches that you have in v14, but I don't think anyone at eset is seeing what consumers are reporting. if by chance they are seeing it, it takes a long time to make the correction, it always says it will stay for the next V15. I noticed that the product version always and after 1 year. does it take so long to fix?
