  1. Great, thanks, got it. So the ransomware shield would kick in no matter where files are located, as long as the malware process runs on the machine that has ESET installed? Thanks for clarification.
  2. I have number of network folders on a NAS which are connected as a standard mapped network drive in Windows 10. Does the Ransomware Shield also monitor malicious activity on those files and folders? In other words, e.g. if a ransomware attack was to trying to modify those files, would the Ransomware Shield block that activity? Thanks!
