  1. After the page failed to load in Firefox I first tried to do numerous things to try to fix it within Firefox. I tried starting in Safe mode, Private window mode and I even tried a new profile. All gave me load issues on Youtube (On a specific video). After a tip I tried completely disabling the anti-virus and anti-spyware function of Smart Security (right click on tray icon -> Temporarily disable protection). After I pressed F5 the page and video loaded immediately without issues. I use https on youtube and I checked if SSL filtering was on but it was disabled (and is disabled by default on v8 afaik). I did not try pre-release updates since I can't replicate the issue so I don't have a test case to try things out with.
  2. For a while I have been having problem with Firefox not loading pages fully. Today I had issues with Youtube not completely loading video's. After some research the problem for me was solved by disabling ESET Smart Security and re-enabling Smart Security. Is this a known issue? Similar issue on Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1226663 OS: Windows 7 x64 Firefox: v44.0.1
  3. Hi, I understand that the certificates are needed for protecting/injecting itself into SSL connections but is there an option disable adding the certificates on installation? If not, does disabling the SSL protection remove the certificates or do I have to remove it manually?
  4. Hi, Does ESS9 inject root certificates during installation? I vaguely remember reading something about it but I can't find it anymore. I remember BitDefender doing this and lets say I wasn't really happy...
  5. ieesch, I really hope importing the NOD32 certificate can be disabled during installation. :X It was the reason I immediatly uninstalled Bitdefender...
  6. Thanks for the response, I exported the files, scanned them and they came out clean. I don't know what kind of files it are but if they are clean I'm ok. Thanks for the update info btw
  7. Hi, I saw the following warnings/errors during full system scan C::kJ5yWGSD9v65JND6LKqTO - error opening C::S2tU9sEVmpH7CDZbThs7fdvfx0z - error opening Does anyone know what kind of files these are? I've never seen it in this format. I'm using NOD32 v7.0.302.0 (I'll update after the scan, I promise ) Thanks
