It looks ESET FS V 7.x is slowing Windows Server 2012 R2, mainly virtual machines inside HOST server. All standard exclusions are set, but VM is very slow, even click responses. After disabling ESET On-Demand scan system works correctly at standard speed. There are unusual logs in HOST, including very long time to write files, stop and restart of VirtualDisk service etc.
