windows 2012 server R2 Error during install. The install doesn't complete. The ESET Service service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly. Any ideas? Thank you

Windows 8 Install gets to the installing service part and error pops up. Full admin rights on the pc. ErrorEvent: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. Any ides? Just purchase 30 seats and this is the 1st install. Not going well. Thank yiu
