I have recently received a Compiler Error from Nod 32 and don't know what it refers to. I have a recently slowing computer with ESET using most of the resources of the CPU. Any suggestions?

I have been getting a Failed to Rename File Error from Nod 32. Not sure what it relates to. I have noticed a recent slowing of my computer response and in looking at Task Manager ESET is using the majority of CPU resources. Any suggestions?
