one week ago, i just install software eset internet security and after completed installation, i saw anti-theft in the homepage this antivirus. So, i clicked and follow the instruction until finished. After finish enable anti-theft directly into website my.eset.com and follow again this instruction and login use the same account. It will show the notification after login, resend email and change email to activated this account. What happen after this, my laptop changing and i can't access my account and all of data. And i want to change back from phantom account become administrator, it can't be because after I login into my.eset.com, a name of laptop nothing in my account. How to solve this problem? Thank you.
