Cannot successfully update product software. Attempts to update will hang for as long as software is running. Currently it has been running for about 10-15 minutes.
Product version: 11.0.159.5
OS: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
This has been an issue since I first installed the software, and there have been many PC reboots in that time.
Is there an FAQ someone can link me to with further steps I can take?

[edit] Clicking the "cancel update" link does not cancel the update process. Also, there are no error messages for me to reference.
