I am getting this error in the agent status: Error: CReplicationManager: Replication (network) connection to 'host: "agentproxy" port: 2222' failed with: (0x274d), No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it•Server or proxy probably does not run on remote machine The dns is fine and resolves to the correct ip. Pinging the ip of the proxy server from any of the affected machines to the server fails, but i can ping them from the proxy server Maybe a firewall issue? Thanks

Thanks marcos. The problem is there are a couple of ca s there and i keep getting an error no matter which one i use. I have had eset support look at it, and they told me the issue is that the cert for the agent needs to be signed by the same ca as the server cert. I think this ca has been deleted. But when using the agent cert to connect a pc (not a proxy like we are having the issue with) it works no problem.

I am trying to set up a proxy server using a virtual machine on hyper v. Im getting a certification error. I was told that the certificate for the proxy has to be signed by the ca that was used to sign the server cert. I did not set up the server and dont know which ca was used. Is there any way to check which ca was used. I have looked but cant find anything. Thanks

The license has been renewed. Thats why it shouldnt be saying license expired. I tried to remove the license inorder to readd it, but it didnt work.

I dont have direct access to all the machines. I deactivated the licenses on the remote admin, but they still show up as license expired. I created a firewall rule to allow access to all the eset activation servers. Still nothing

Hello Im having issues with a couple of pcs whos licenses have expired. The license in the console are good for another year, and there are other machines on the license that are activate properly. I tried to deactivate the license, but still giving the error. I cant find the devices in the license administrator, and i need these devices activated. Can someone help.
