Here's is how i did: 1 I press the WD Backup icon 2 I choose Add Device 3 When it identifies devices, it only finds Dropbox I read online that the cause may be virus protection. You must then give WD permission in Eset.

I have problems when i install WD Element external hard drive för backup. It says i have to Allow WD Backup in Eset but i can not find where to do this.
