Hi Guys. Everytime my ESET Endpoint Security 6.6 tries to check for a new Update, my intranet websites stops loading, if the Update timeout(don't update successfully) the problem continues, when this happens I have to Uninstall the software so I can use the websites again. I've tried to disable all the security modules from the software but it didn't change the outcome. My ESET Endpoint is being managed by an ERA V6. Any ideas in what might be happening? Thanks

Hi, I want to migrate ERA to a new server and I have some questions regarding the license. When I migrate the certificates and computers my license will be inside the certificate file or I will need to add the license again in the new server? If I have to add the license again in the new server, will I need to request to ESET to reset the license so I can use it again or all I need to do is simply activate using the same license? Thanks.
