i don't see my device on anti-theft on my eset and i don't know how to add it because it's locked

please i need some help here my mobile is locked and it needs security password i don't remember it and i think the anti theft tool is the problem it recognize as if my mobile is stolen but it's not it's my device so please anyone knows how i can resolve this .
