Getting back licence from deactivated computer

I attempted it several times but it didn't work. I have just added licence to another client and it still shows 13/15 so now it is correct. -
Hello, I just deactivated one client via ESET License Administrator panel and didn't get back this license. It still shows 13/15 licences used although I can see only 12 of them. Where is this one? Or how long it takes to be refreshed and show a right number?
