[ESET Protect can't synchronization static group]

Hellow all, 

Has any user experienced this kind of problem?

i want to run a task server static group synchronization on my ESET Protect

but I have a problem like this

Failed to load data: Active directory browsing failed. Check input server parameters and AD availability.: Trace info: Failed to bind to the specified object (LDAP://tos.com/DC=tos,DC=com). Error code = 0x8007203a, The server is not operational. Error code: 0x8007203a

I've found the requirements in the following link.

but I have done it and still can't.

like

- I have install active directory certificate services

 

 

- Enroll Domain Control

 

 

- Import cert on EP machine

 

 

can anyone help?

but when installing esmc agent using "server assisted installation" there are problems like this

and trace.log on esmc,

on server 172.31.77.124, I only installed esmc server & agent, 

for webconsole, I install on a different machine with the ip address 172.31.77.111.

 

 

[Agent Server assisted installation can't get certificate]

I install esmc server & esmc webconsole with deferent machine.

After i change on EraWebServerConfig.properties

Localhost to ip esmc server, i can't install agent on client using server assist, how can i install agent on client (not localhost) using server assist?

 

Any one can help me?

That's right, that's how the AIO installer for Windows, but for linux, is there a parameter to enter directly into the static group on the install using agent.sh ?

how do I check if it's not blocked with a firewall?

Hello, all,
I want to ask, why when downloading the installer on esmc, there is an error

"Failed to download the installer: Selected package is not in repository."

is there a similar case like me?

I want to ask,
why repository in my esmc just like this?

I just installed esmc on centos 7 with the latest version of mysql 8 & odbc 8 with the latest version too

But for comparison, I deploy esmc using appliance (OVA) for the same network, repository is correcly.

Try to unplug the LAN cable (if using cable) or disable WiFi (if using a WiFi connection)

and activate the firewall in the absence of a connection

if you still can't, try this:
disconnect all networking paths, then reinstall ESET
