  1. Thank you both, Marcos and Nightowl, Here are screenshots of the Setup pane on the "Restart required" client. Best regards, Denis
  2. Thank you for the reply, Marcos! When you say protection features, do you mean like the Device control that requires a restart when turned on, so if that module is updated, the endpoint client will require a restart again? Thank you, Denis
  3. Dear everyone, Can you tell what can make a difference between these two statuses after auto-update from the previous subversion? On calls for immediate restart, the other recommends restarting to upgrade the client. In both cases, the real-time module still works. Best regards, Denis
  4. Dear MatoB, Thanks for reply. I looked up for certificates and CA when I tried to run manual repair on ESET Inspect Connector on one of the affected machines, but couldn't find them in ESET Protect Cloud Console. The repair wizzard told me he can't connect to server for server assisted installation. Then I tried to examine .ini files from ESET Inspect Connector both on working and non working machine, they are the same. Log file says this: 2022-04-05 13:43:21 0182c Error: Error while sending request to server at "eu01.agent.edr.eset.systems:8093". certificate verify failed (SSL routines, tls_process_server_certificate) I also tried esetuninstaller and activationtroubleshooter, but it didn't help. I will send you ESET Log Collector log only from the machine I tried all of that because I can't access other ones remotely right now, and ESET Log Collector is to big to be pulled to EP Cloud Server. Thanks in advance! Best regard, Denis
  5. Dear ESET Staff, Same issue here. One Protect Cloud console, I've run software install task to install ESET Inspect Connector, done efortless in few minutes on 20+ endpoints, have them in ESET Inspect Cloud console, but 4 endpoints have the error - Missing or invalid SSL certificate or certificate authority. Same task, same infrastructure, problematic clients are communicationg with ESET Protect Cloud console with no problems. Have tried to uninstall, reinstall, same problem. Best regards, Denis
  6. Deat ESET support, I would love to see Tasks section in Computer preview. So many times I'm must click on Computer details, and then Tasks to see if I've already assigned some task to a client, and what's the status. I don't need to see all assigned tasks, but last couple of them, it would be very useful. Thanks! ESET Support, Serbia
  7. Dear Marcos, Thank you for your reply. I believe it is not easy to make one, but such a task through an EP server would be a tremendous improvement, a deal maker in deployment routine, especially for Windows 7 that are still widely spread in government institutions. We used to have /nosafemode switch and admins would greatly appreciate bringing that one back in an improved way, no matter the potential problems that can occur in a small percentage. In my practice, there were maybe a few of them in thousands of easily resolved cases. Thank you, Denis
  8. Dear ESET users and support teams, hellou! Happy New year to all, hope we have a better one. I'm writing you regarding a removal of ESET Endpoint leftovers on remote machines with esetuninstaller. Is there any way, cmd or ps script, to automate esetuninstaller job on a large number of machines? Script should: 1. Make backup of network settings in Win Normal session 2. Boot cumputer in SAFE mode 3. Log on with local admin account 4. Run esetuninstaller /force (couple of time maybe) 5. Copy esetuninstaller.log file to some shared folder 5. Boot back in Windows Normal session This would help me a lot in many cases. ESET Support, Serbia Best regards, Denis
