Hi foneil, Definitely connected to net. Just retried and failed and yet if i go to chrome and paste the same details into my.eset.com i login just fine. The error msg is attached.

I already have eset products so I already have a my.eset.com account. I can login via Chrome on my laptop, however I have downloaded and installed the Parental Control app on my Samsung tablet and I am trying to set up the app. When given the choice to sign in or register, I choose sign in and provide my credentials. They are rejected event though they are correct. So, I try to create a new account with the same email address, and surprise, surprise, it's rejected because.... it's already registered!! Utterly frustrating. And no, I'm not willing to reset passwords cause I know that the password is working. Anyone got any advice?
