  1. That is the ESET server. I've rebooted it and now updates are working. Thanks for your help.
  2. eea_logs.zipLog files attached. Thanks!
  3. We have over 100 systems with the error "Modules Update Failed" this morning. Manual update from the console also fails. How can we resolve this?
  4. Security and stability update to newer version is prepared. Restart your computer for all changes to take effect. I'm counting on this going well.
  5. This was never resolved for us. The recommendation to turn on advanced logging was of no use as the reboot cleared the problem on that computer. Randomly happens every few days. I chatted with ESET Support and no one can give me a resolution. Very annoying.
  6. According to their web site Winpcap is no longer supported. Is there any replacement guidance?
  7. Unfortunately when you reboot the problem goes away - only to pop up on a different random computer later.
  8. Why do I get this alert on several computers each day? A reboot usually clears it up but we can't interrupt the users each time it appears. Thanks!
  9. Rather than create a new task for each release we have a task that uses https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/eea/windows/latest/eea_nt64.msi Has worked well for a couple of years.
  10. ESMC is showing a new version is out. Used an existing "install latest" task as I always do on a test machine. Task runs, says complete. Test machine says I need to reboot. But the version installed is still 7.3.2044.0. Is there a new procedure?
  11. I get "Computer Restart Required". I can confirm that device control is enabled. (Don't know why or how as I inherited this system)
  12. That's about what I'm seeing here. I'd be interested to know what the difference is.
  13. Marcos - in the past we've been told that a minor upgrade as 2032 to 2036 would not require new install. Is this still true. And I'm with Roger on this - having to reboot after a minor upgrade is really unexpected and somewhat painful.
  14. What is the guidance on installing 7.3.2036 if you already have 7.3.2032 installed? Thanks!
  15. Since the latest upgrade I've been getting ESET HTTPS certificate does not meet criteria required by Apple App Transport Security on my ESET server in Security Management Center. Any recommendations on how to fix this. Thanks!
  16. I expected that the modules would be downloaded from the management server. That would cut down on Internet traffic. Thank you for the info.
  17. Does that mean that as long as there is no Internet access the modules will not be updated?
  18. We have a group of computers that are on our network and may or may not have access to the Internet based on who is logged in. If the logged in user has access to the Internet then no problem. If the user does NOT have access to the Internet ESET update on the computer shows: Modules update failed Could not connect to server Product update failed Could not connect to server This has happened since the install of 7.2.2055.0 I am used to these computers showing ESET LiveGrid is not accessible - that is not a problem. Any ideas?
  19. Yes, I was referring to the ESMC database. Sorry to hear that there is no description. Thanks for your reply.
  20. Happy New Year all! Newbie question. Is there a description of the what information is in what table for the endpoint database? We're trying to automate some reports and while all the info we need seems to be there we're having difficulty locating it. Thanks!
  21. Hmmmmmm.....but not for all my computers...... hxxp://us-repository.eset.com/v1
  22. This was resolved by changing the repository to a specific US server rather than letting ESET choose. Very strange - but it worked.
  23. The upgrade on many of our computers is failing with the following error: GetFile: Error reading HTTP response data (0x4e33) Trace.log shows 2018-11-27 17:07:20 Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread f7c]: Software installation failed: GetFile: Error reading HTTP response data (0x4e33) From the problem computer we are able to access hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/apps/business/eea/windows/v7/7.0.2091.0/eea_nt64.msi.eula/eulaenu.html I think that tells me Internet connections are OK. Trace.log is attached. Any ideas? Thanks! trace.log
  24. Thanks for the replies. I'll put this on out "to do" list.
