  1. Hello, Thank you for your answer. I tried to execute your command locally but I got this error: error[06a60000]: Please install the following files or packages: glibc.i686 I have already installed glibc-32bits and I downloaded ueavbe.x86_64.fr.linux (so the 64bits version). Why does installation ask me this? What should I do?
  2. I'll try this but is it possible to use my ERA Server as the repository URL? My servers don't have direct access to Internet, only the ERA Server can access to eset.com.
  3. It worked, I had to write it this way: Environment="MODMAPDIR=/var/opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Agent/" Thank you!
  4. Hi MartinK, Thank for your answer but it should work without adding a MODMAPDIR environment variable because I removed the noexec parameter of my /tmp so when running AGENT as daemon it should use /tmp right? But yeah if I can use another solution it would be better. So, I tried anyway to add this to my /etc/systemd/system/eraagent.service : Environment=MODMAPDIR='/var/opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Agent/' The problem is still exactly the same... Regards, Adrien
  5. Hello, After starting my Era Agent manually on my Linux Server SUSE12 (https://forum.eset.com/topic/12982-service-start-failed-on-suse12/), I was able to see my server on my Remote Administrator Console. I tried to remotely install a Security Product with a Client Task. I made a new Client Task to deploy "ESET Antivirus for Linux - Business Edition; Version for Linux (SUSE, FEDORA, UBUNTU, MANDRIVA, DEBIAN, RED HAT), LANGUAGE FR_FR" with my new server on the target list. This deployment failed, I can see this in the client task history : Progress : Task failed,
  6. Hello, I installed ERA Agent on my Linux Server (SUSE12 64-bits), I used agent-linux-x86_64.sh with the hostname and port of the ERA Server and the PFX and the DER file's. I followed this hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/65/en-US/index.html?component_installation_agent_linux.htm using the Offline installation part. Everything went well except when I tried to start the service : #systemctl start eraagent.service #systemctl status eraagent.service eraagent.service - ESET Remote Administrator Agent Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/eraagent.service; enabled; vendor preset: di
