Two more things I forgot to mention. 1.The window will close automatically after a few hours. 2.And since I am an Asian user, my computer's language setting is not English. I don't know whether the message haven't yet been translated into my country language so that I can't see the message.Would it be better to change the language setting into English?

This kind of window always suddenly appear(usually appear when I'm surfing the Internet) and it doesn't write any messages on it. I know I can close the window by using task manager, but I wonder what kind of messages is going to inform me. Is my computer in danger, or am I surfing some dangerous website? Thanks.
