Thanks for your reply, the thing is I am from Malta, when I choose my country I am redirected to the UK site which isn't a problem; however now I created a new purchase and the renewal worked fine; hope my credentials will be remembered next year..

Hi I am trying to renew my Eset antivirus software; for some reason when I enter my details I am receiving Licence details are invalid; licence is due to expire in 7 days; any help would be appreciated.. Thanks. Ok I purchased a new licence and managed to renew; however I cannot understand why I am having such hassle whenever I end up renewing my antivirus software, this is not the first time this happened to me.
