Hello there, The company I work for came across a problem using the ESET remote administrator console For some weird reason when you go to the scan log tab and then click a computer you get the properties window but then the details tab in this window only says Log Details Error: Cannot get the data. As my supervisor told me we didn't have this problem before. Does anybody know what I could do to fix this? The refresh button doesn't seem to fix it either
