Hello I want to know how to correctly use the "Display message" task on ERA, because I want to warn my clients when I'm going to execute a task, for example: To make an on demand scan I want to display a message warning my client about the scan and don't turn off the computer. I tried making a task but it fails to execute it says this: This is a test on 2 computers What am I doing wrong?

How do I configure the Virtual Appliance? I cannot run the web console because I don't know why it doesn't work for me, I'm stuck in that part, I clearly said I am unable to use the web console, therefore I cannot make the configuration, in every web browser is the same error It doesn't matter how I install/run the ESET Remote Administrator it is the same, I got stuck in the same part So... unfortunately this answer is useless for me

Hello As the title says, I cannot make ERA web console work, in every video and even on the instruction manual and quick setup guide says it works, at least for me is not working here are my details I did follow the set up guide for Windows and videotutorials on how to install it on Windows Installed it on Windows 10 Pro x64 Pro with all in one set up, after it installs, I tried to open the web console using the assigned IP or localhost/era but it didn't work at all Installed it on Windows Server 2012 R2 (virtual) the result is the same as the above, even with the virtual localhost I cannot make the web console to run Using the era_appliance.ova provided by ESET, using Oracle VirtualBox, following the manual on how to run the appliance, and the result is the same Long story short, it seems I cannot access the web console, doesn't matter how I run/install, the web console cannot run What did I miss?
