Ok, so I SWEAR that I had activated anti-theft on my device - I'd activated all mobile security features, and had all green ticks. I may even have accidentally activated anti-theft previously by entering the wrong pin too many times, and it did all the right things by blocking the phone etc. Unfortunately, my device has gone missing today, and isn't listed under protected devices. Has anyone heard of a device not syncing with MyEset properly, or even disappearing from managed devices, and is there ANY way that I can activate it again without the device? I'm clearly not a tech head, but why isn't it possible to activate from the web portal? Thanks.
