Thanks for your response Marcos. I am totally new with wireshark. but I think I have captured the log. where do I attach / send it? it's a 75MB file compressed with gzip.

Hi, since last month my eset internet security has been failing to upgrade its virus definition database. no matter what I do, it always stops at steps like 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of 20. then it shows "Invalid Digital Signature". (plz see attached screenshot) has anyone experienced this exact same issue? how to solve it? Thanks for reading
