hello i want to upgrade era 6.5 to 7.2 as i read in your site i have to upgrade sql to 2017 then task the upgrade after backup my files or i can use all in one package and the installer will upgrade sql for me - this is for upgrade server correct me if i am wrong but my question is about clients i think they use proxy with port 3128 to connect to my management server what should i do with all clients the steps in this link not clear for me: https://support.eset.com/en/kb6920-migrate-from-era-proxy-windows-to-apache-http-proxy-in-esmc-7 is there any video or clear steps with images or examples so i can be sure its rights steps and is there another steps how to get back to era if upgrade fails to install sorry for my english thanks in advance

hello, i can't install eset 7.3 remotely or local install i got message like scan for malware but the scan shows that every thing is ok anyway for every posts here always the final solution is (uninstall old version then reinstall new one) manually but i have more than 200 employee and vpn branches i can't boot in safe mood for branches and its not solution for me i have remote admin 6.5 and i want to install eset av 7.3 on windows 7 64 and windows 10 i need help please thanks

hello, i got this error: error: GetFileVersionInfoSize: 193 error: Can't get ekrn version (C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Endpoint Antivirus\x86\ekrn.exe)! someone in this group posted the same problem and pm you with logs but it seems that you answered in private please tell me how to fix it thanks

i tried link from this forum to check if he can access eset server and the link working in the client pc and show me xml page so he can access eset server

update: the pc that i tried in add license from license manager and its not activating after that i tried to update and its ask fro username and password this time i entered username and password and the update started and the client is active but in license manager its empty there is no license !!!! then i tried to set username and password from policy in era6 but not working the userame and password still empty i have to set it manually in all pc's what is the problem !!

1- i tried to install (all in one) endpoint v6 that i created with era6 in one of pc's that has a problem and the same results its not active 2- when i try to activate client manual i go to endpoint then F5 and license then ADD and selected license file and its added to list and show me license information like expire date and number of users but when i try to update i got the same error product is not active 3- where can i find GENT's trace.log ?
