I have ESET Internet Security on my two computers and on my cell. I put Smart Security Premium on my new ASUS as a trial but want to use Internet Security when I purchase the license. Do I have to delete the 'premium' or can I install Internet Security over the Premium. Thank you. KOR-

I had this problem awhile back. I could not get it figured out. What I did was sit it out and evenually it installed the updates. Just my experience. KOR-

Thank you Marcos. I got the V11 installed. I knew of that link before but it stated it was a file containing V10 , at least that is what I read it as. Anyway, got it now and thank you. KOR-

My license is through Jan. 19 and want to do the upgrade manually. When I check any of the links for V11 they all state V10. Anyone have a link to V11? Thank you. KOR-

Got 1709 installed after 5 days. Don't know what the problem was, it just finally installed. KOR-

The Windows update downloads and offers the install. I press restart and the window comes up that states not to turn off computer and it gets to 5% install and then jumps to my sign-in screen. No install. Thinking I will wait and try over the week-end or try some of the suggestions from this forum. KOR-

Just got a notice to update from 10.1.219.0 to 10.1.235.1 and after download I get a notice of a corrupted file. Does not install. I have Windows 10 64bit. Any ideas? KOR-
