Propwash

Hi I have selected Anti Theft on my phone and it shows a green tick. But when I look on my My.eset.com Anti-Theft tab, only my tablet shows. Why is this? Also the phone version refuses to accept my password when I try to make a change, but the password works on my PC... Very strange Appreciate some help David
