hi i tried to do this and entered both but it says email address not associated with this license

hi all ive been using eset for years ad love it and now decided to try the passwords manager but it simply wont work i forgot the master password and there is no option to change it as you can with dashlane the password manger i currently own but is expensive. i thought of deleting eset premium and reinstalling but have no idea if this will work anyone a clue
