Hi Marcos, Sorry for the delay. Problem is not predictable and can occurs three times an hour or three times a week. For security reason I will disable protection on an offline laptop, but cannot work like this a whole week : if a problem occurs, then it should not be correlated, else it proves nothing... Is there something I should monitor during my test ? Any incompatibility issues already encountered between Office and Eset ?

Hi there, We often experiment crashes with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio). Problem occurs with Office 2013 and 2016 with local or network files, on laptop and desktop computers, any domain user. We suspect Eset to cause some problems with those tools. Do you have any info or indications to follow to check this problem ? Thanks ! Florian
