I bought ESET Family Security multi user license (https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B00H6Y6OO4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from Amazon Japan. (Pls use google translate for translation of the content in the link.).
This family security license package covers license for 1. ESET Smart Security (i.e now ESET Internet Security) - Windows version, 2. ESET Cyber Security Pro (probably MAC version) and 3. ESET Mobile Security (for Android devices).
The ESET Japan website says that, I can use the license bought in Japan with english version software downloaded from international website. (hxxp://help.eset-smart-security.jp/hc/ja/articles/202151525-海外の言語に対応していますか-) (Pls use google translate for translation of the content in the link.)
I installed ESET Internet Security english version (windows version) by web installer from https://www.eset.com/int/ website. But the license key activation does not work. The license key received with my Famility Security contains 16 alpha-numeric characters (4x4 spaced with hyphen) while the english installer seems to accept more number of keys.
Unfortunately the ESET Japan support has shown regret on supporting in/on English language.
Please advise how I can use the ESET japanese license with english installer.
The official support please contact by personal mail if possible, I cannot find official email support.
