Thanks for the help. I've tried uninstalling from the control panel but can't locate the "ESET application" there. I might need to uninstall manually. Any easy step-by-step way of doing this?

Hey I just renewed my ESET Internet Security and I was updating it as usual but when I tried to install the update an error message popped up (attached). Any idea how I can solve this?

I bought ESET Internet Security in October, 2016. Yesterday I realised that I could not locate ESET on my desktop or otherwise?? It was working perfectly before so I'm not sure what happened. I've tried re-installing it but even that doesn't work? Any suggestions? E.S
