I have same problem after waking from sleep. esets_proxy has too many connections staying in CLOSE_WAIT at that time. There is workaround for this problem: sudo killall -9 esets_proxy It will restart esets_proxy by esets_daemon. I installed ESET Cyber Security Pro 6.0.14.0 right after clean install Yosemite.
