  1. found it but what's that mean?
  2. Where's the path? I didn't see the status.html in Program Files -> eSet?
  3. I'm not sure what I did wrong but I created an Agent Live Installer and install the batch file on a Windows 10 Pro client. I managed to install and the client showed on the Console Group under a test group. When I clicked on the client go to detail -> installed applications, nothing showed up there. I hit refresh and restart the client computer couple times and waited for couple hours but I still have nothing in detail-> installed applications. There was a computer there already in the same group and that one was different. The different was there was a box and a check in front of the it. Also, the IP and last connected showed up. When I click detail -> installed Applications, I can see all applications installed on that client. What did I do wrong on the new installed client? Thanks
  4. Thanks, I went on installed manually instead.
  5. I tried that and experienced the same issue. What have I done wrong? Do you have an instruction on how to do it? Here's how I did it. Client Task - > Software Install - Create New - > Settings, Agree with the application license and choose my package next to Package to Install. I chose the package contained Server 2012 R2 and Finish then select my target. Add my computer, the server 2012 was selected then Finish. I selected task details and for a while the execution come back failed. thanks
  6. What are the possibility cost that I'm not able to installed End point from ERA to Server 2012 R2? Firewall was off on the server and every time I tried the status come back failed. In the Summary, I specify the package Server 2016, 2012R2, 2012, 2008r2, 2008, 2003. The only server that I can installed was the 2003 but not 2008 R2 and 2012R2. Any help please? Thanks
  7. thanks for the link. I guest there's no way to deleted then. The files that were infected was back in 2014 and they were all over the network share drives. I just got into this position I guest I would have to get these files clean. I'll go over the link and see if I can follow it. If you know a better way, please let me know. Thanks again.

  12. Is it possible to enable real-time protection from Remote Administrator? I'm not so sure why the client Windows 7 got a security alert that the file system protection is disabled. When I logged on the the client regular user can't open the the endpoint but somehow the client protection was disable. If there's a way to enable from the Remote Administrator, please share your knowledge with me. I'm new to the software and as much as information would be great appreciate. Thanks
