Eset Password Manager is Sticky Password and seems to lag behind the standalone version in terms of updates.
The standalone version of Sticky Password 8.0.12.127 works perfectly fine in Firefox 57 (64-bit). So, it doesn't really make sense why Eset's version of Sticky Password hasn't been updated yet.
However, Sticky Password version 8.0.12.127 will not install in ESET's Protected Banking & Payment browser using Firefox 57 (64-bit).

It is a problem with all of my computers in the house.
Server problem?
The problem is not on your end.

I am getting ping responses from these servers though:

Yeah, they were also down Friday morning (Eastern Standard Time):

Becoming a bit of a yo-yo
Doesn't Eset have server failover or redundancy?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I can't believe this hasn't been resolved since July.

In regards to this link:
I did do the following from an admin level command prompt subsequent to when I had the issue and have not seen the LiveGid connection alert since. Worth a try:
ipconfig /flushdns
Thanks, but the issue is not on my end.

Are you still having these issues?
No. The warning popped up and disappeared after 9 minutes. But should the severs keep dropping, getting distracted from work is easy.
Do Eset LiveGrid servers drop frequently?

Same thing happening using v11 anti virus. Comes and goes sporadically.
Pretty distracting
Is there any way in Eset to specify what servers to use?

Apparently, to speed up the test, the user needs to select "refresh" from within the Eset app.

The issue doesn't just apply to my account. People in my family also have the same issue.
The Anti-Theft website test just runs and runs without any pop-up screen appearing. I've tried IE, Firefox 64 bit edition, Edge, and Chrome.

The Eset Password add-on will not install automatically, and Eset does not attempt to import passwords from Firefox 64 bit edition either.
Firefox 32 bit edition works, but who wants to use that anymore? It's slower.

Hi @Peter Randziak
Will you be including support for Sticky Password in ESET's Protected Banking & Payment browser using Firefox 57 (64-bit)?
Wondering,
