  1. We've got Endpoint Antivirus product deployed in our business environment. End users get alerted about threats for the files they're familiar with, everything's ok here. Thing is that even though they choose action of doing nothing and select the option to not get reminded next time about the same 'threats', they still get alerted after some time. I went thoroughly through policies but everything seems okay, I think this kind of behavior can't even be forced through policy. What could be wrong here? Why doesn't Endpoint Antivirus remembers the action for specific files?
  2. When I deploy Endpoint Antivirus installation through ERA web console, while it's installing two things happen: 1)ESET loading screen turns up for two seconds 2)Notification about security risk because of not activated product appears (also for ~2sec.) I tried to assign an Invisible Mode policy to a client before installation but as I can see policy starts working only after product is installed. It's inconvenient, as users would get notifications about not active license while installation still hasnt't reached its last phase and activation hasn't happened yet. Is there any way to do a deployed installation silently without any visual interference to end users?
