We have erac v5,3 installed on a windows server 2008R2
Since last week, i can access the server from the remote console, it keeps getting "no respond" and it crash
On the logs from the server, i getting event id 1002, aplication hang, related with console.exe process.
I tried the console from another machine, same issue.
I tried reinstalling the server and console, same issue.
I was about to uninstall it, and install again, but when i try to make a backup with eratool, i get this:
Stopping ERA Server service...
Checking server state...
Current server state: service running
Service operation failed (attempts: 50, code: 0)
Starting ERA Server service...
Checking server state...
Current server state: service stop pending
Service operation failed (attempts: 0, code: 1056)
Operation failed
So, i cant make a backup of the config or databse either :/
Any tips on were to check to try to solve the issue?
