Hi, Our ERA server died and I am rolling our new client PC's. I can't deactivate the licenses that were issued through the old ERA server to assign to the new clients. I don't want another ERA server, I would like to manage licenses through ELA. Can I get all the licenses on my account deactivated and activate clients from scratch? Cheers, Sam

Hi, I am trying to activate endpoint security on a windows 7 machine. I am not using remote administrator. When the installation is complete I add the product key and click activate and the circle spins for a fraction of a second then I am back at the activate screen with no error. I have successfully followed the same process on 5 other identical machines in the same network. Without an error I don't know where to go next. Any help is appreciated. Cheers, Sam
