  3. Dear Team, Problem reported: Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid. Error occurred in ESET NOD32. OS Details: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic Sp-1 ESET Details: ESET NOD32 V.12.1.31.0 License ID: 3AG-C49-CW4 Observation: (1)Remove ESET From system through ESET Uninstaller tool in Safe mode. (2)Activate with trial with Email id Activation And Update Successfully. (3)Activate with License key activation successfully but update problem occurred. (2)Installed ESET Smart Security V.9 in Windows Xp System. (3)Activate with trial with Email id Activation And Update Successfully. (4)Activate with License key activation successfully but update problem occurred. (5)Also try with ESET V.11/12 in both version same issue occurred. Find attached ESET Log Collector Log.   5. Dear Team, Last few days facing issue in many clients with ESET Internet Security v12.0.31.0 in chrome browser. Problem:Unable to access internet in Google Chrome and webpage can’t display or page unresponsive and system stuck. Observation: Issue not occurring in other browser (Edge or Internet Explorer) ESET Firewall filtering mode set to Learning state or Automatic mode but problem same. Pause Web Access Protection and SSL/TLS, but issue not resolved Issue resolved after pause Firewall Protection. Solution: remove all firewall rules in ESET Advance Setup. Collect ESET Log Collector log with Advance diagnostic logging and Procmon log and upload it here.   6. Hello Team, Problem : Product update failed,Unauthorized access error display on EFS 7.0 Gui. Observation: problem occurred after upgrade EFS 6.5 to 7.0 through ESMC Software installation task.EFS successfully activate and update but it display error on gui "Product update failed,Unauthorized access". Client update through mirror server update and client have no internet access. also try to clear cache update but problem same. Find attached ESET Log Collector logs and Error screenshot.   12. Hello Team, Problem:Product update failed,Invalid digital signature error occurred. we have facing update failed error in ESET Endpoint Security V.7 when we update eset through mirror server. Observation: -Create new mirror update server but same problem. -also reinstall EES client but same issue occurred. -EES display update successfully but it display error message on gui. -if we clear cache of update problem resolved but after some time again error display.   13. Dear Team, Problem Reported: Internet connection disconnect randomly after installed ESETNOD32. OS Details: Windows 10 Pro - 64-Bit V.10.0.17134 ESET Details: ESET NOD32 Antivirus V.12.0.27.0 Observation: (1) Check Virus infection in system but system clean no any virus infection found in system. (2) Try to Install V.9/V.10/V.11 but same issue occurred after install ESET Internet disconnect randomly. (3)Observe system Without ESET For 5 days and system work proper. Expected Features: (1)Advanced device control to block WI-FI device. (2)Application Control to mange Application. (3)File Activity Monitor to monitor any suspicious activity related to the confidential files on in system. Expected Solution: (1)if some client not connect to era since long time than it shown as offline and can we set auto setting if some client not connected from last 30 days than automatically remove from ERA and remove duplicate entry automatically in client list. (2) Improve report section. (3) Easy way for Email notification for basic antivirus event in ERA. like threat detection,not update client,offline client

  18. Hello Sir, Problem : HIPS is non functional and getting error "communication with driver failed". also received the error "user rules file contains invalid data". Additional Information: Operating System: Microsoft Windows Enterprise 64-Bit-Version 10.0 Build 10240 Installed Product: ESET NOD32 V.11.0.154.0 Observation. 1)I have uninstall ESET in safe mode through ESET uninstaller tool and install ESET but same problem. 2)I have following link https://support.eset.com/kb2811/#reenabl and take step but problem same. 2)Performing system clean boot and try to install but same problem. 3)Try to install ESET V.10 but same problem. 4)Problem resolved in ESET V.9.   19. Dear Sir, Problem: ESET Endpoint Security for Android details not updated on ERA Console and also unable to apply new policy on device. Observation: (1) Remove device from ERA Console and re-enroll device with e-mail and device added successfully in ERA, also last connection display correctly. (2) Device is successfully updated and activated, but device details not update on ERA Console. (3) Create New MDC and Mobile Endpoint policies but same issue.   20. Dear Sir, Problem: Banking related websites not redirect in ESET Banking & Payment protection on Google Chrome. Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate SP-1 64-Bit ESET Version: ESET Smart Security 10.1.219.0 ESET Banking & Payment protection Module: 1112(20170918) Google Chrome V.61.0.3163.100(Official Build)(64-bit) When we visit banking websites (https://infinity.icicibank.com/corp/AuthenticationController?FORMSGROUP_ID__=AuthenticationFG&__START_TRAN_FLAG__=Y&FG_BUTTONS__=LOAD&ACTION.LOAD=Y&AuthenticationFG.LOGIN_FLAG=1&BANK_ID=ICI) and https://www.icicibank.com from Chrome browser, it doesn't ask to switch to secure browser. we have checked in Mozilla Firefox and IE Explorer and it works proper. but in Google chrome none of the banking websites asks to open secure browser. when we add websites manually then it works only for Internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Banking protection should detect all the categories of banking and finance related websites. Please check why this is not happening automatically. Also attache ELC Logs and Screen shot.
