  1. "Esus Has stopped Working". After about 90% finished scanning. That's the message I got after downloading the new link version above. Windows 10-64.
  2. What is the link to the new version? I just went to https://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/ and downloaded the "new" version. However it is the SAME file size as the one I got last month, and the properties shows version 2.0.12.0. What is the version of the new version?
  3. I'm having same problem. Error in Windows 10 log when running online scanner (Windows 10 64bit Anniversary Update plus all updates) I retried online scanner with my anti-malware (webroot) software disabled, and same result. I also tried it on another different Windows 10 Home PC and same error. Is there a fix?   4. I'm having the same problem and two different Windows 10 (latest updates) pc's. One with very little software installed. After scanning for an hour or so, it it hung up, and I have to kill the process to terminate.
