  1. This sounds like CryptoDefense. Take a look here hxxp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/cryptodefense-ransomware-information
  2. When I did the installation I just did the default installation. I didn't think about it until I saw the issue with the WSUS download. I'll leave the protocol filtering off as suggested.
  3. Any news on this. I'm having the same issue. I had to disable Web Access Protection in order for the updates to download. Please let me know if you need me to provide more info
  4. Issue has been resolved. Seems like it was a combination of Folder/Registry permissions as well as Spyware.
  5. Same issue. I'm currently working with Support trying to get this fix
  6. Looks like it was a permission issue. I was getting error when doing the normal uninstall. I then did a Reset on all Users permission and is now working normally
  7. Yes I got a Service unavailable" and I refreshed the page and saw the duplicate. I ran "sq query ekrn" but i get: 'sq' is not recognized as an internal or external command
  8. I recently started seeing the following on some recent installation of ESET Enpoint Antivirus hxxp://imgur.com/iDH0nCs I ran the uninstaller from safe mode and did a clean install. The screen looks normal but after rebooting the same thing happens. I have 4 machines so far with this issue.
  9. Which version are they currently running? Have you tried Windows Push Installation instead?
  10. Is there any way to update the configuration file from the user profile running as a "Power User". We need to update the config file on multiple external machines and we would like to do it from the user's profile instead of loging in as the local admin. We tried doing as "Run as a different user" but the configuration is not saving.
