Hi all, How can I create HIPS rule block application on clients from ERA. As attach file, I need to know "Specify file path" of application on client but I don't know exactly "Specify file path" of application on client, I just know application installed on client. So can I get this information on ERA server ? Thanks.

Hi Peter, I allowed Everyone to access on this SHARE FOLDER, client can access this folder without username/password. But eset can not update database via this folder.It fail with : Invalid username/password.

Hi Marcos, I tested install new ERA server and install new agent on client.Because old agent has password protection before, so I can re-install agent on this client to push the desired policy. Have another solution ?

Hi Marcos, If AGENT exists has been set password protection, can I install new ERA server and deploy new agent to replace old agent on these clients ?

HI all, I had an issue : my ERA server has been terminated and my clients has been applied policy password protection agent + endpoint before. So how can I remove agent + endpoint on clients ? The ERA server can not start. Thanks.

HI Gonzalo, I dit not create policy.It was default policy when client connect to ERA server via agent. I mean that why feature USE DIRECT CONNECTION IF PROXY NOT AVAILABLE not working.

But when client out of company.Client can not update because it not communicate with ERA server.I checked my policy has enable option "Use direct connection if proxy is not available". Hi all, I created update offlline via mirror folder to clients. Clients can access folder mirror via \\ip\folder without username/passsword But clients can not update offline via this path, error : Invaild username/password. My clients use Win Xp. Please help me check. Thanks.

Hi Marcos, Why does message block HTTPS not same HTTP ? i think that will smooth. In case troubleshooting user can not access some https url , if use a message from eset, IT support can know cause.

Hi all, I blocked URL on webcontrol with 2 URL HTTP URL : it blocked and give a messase : Access to the web page was blocked. hxxp://domain.com The web page is on the list of blocked websites specified by the user. HTTPS URL : it blocked but not give a message denied as HTTP URL Secure Connection Failed I uncheck this policy, client access https URL normal. Please help me check this. Thanks .
