Hi Marcos, I checked proxy.conf in httpd config : #Services (activation) <ProxyMatch ^([h,H][t,T][t,T][p,P][s,S]?://)?([^@/]*@)?(edf-pcs.cloudapp.net|edf-pcs2.cloudapp.net|edfpcs.trafficmanager.net)(:[0-9]+)?(/.*)?$> Allow from all </ProxyMatch> As below this config, client can active product via APACHE HTTP PROXY on ERA SERVER. But i checked it can not active if client can not access internet although client can update via APACHE HTTP PROXY on ERA SERVER
  4. By the way, anyone can confirm to me : when setup --> TOOLS --> PROXY SERVER enabled, client can not access internet (can not access eset.com, edf.eset.com,..)==> client can active via PROXY SERVER ?
  5. Hi all, The feature "Use direct connection if proxy is not avaiable" in ENDPOINT seems not working. When i tested : Set SETUP-->Advanced Setup--> Tools--> Proxy server with the PROXY SERVER not available ( 123.123.123.123 is example) Client can access internet ( access eset.com is ok). When i active for client, it alert my client not access internet and active fail. When i disable Proxy server --> it active ok. So what happend with feature "Use direct connection if proxy is not available" on Proxy server ? It is a big problem with my customer.When they stay at office,it's ok but when they out of office, endpoint can not update. Hi all, i installed ESET Mail Security 4.5.6 for linux OS version: Linux 2.6.32-696.1.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64 System time: 2017-05-18 16:28:21 UTC Product version: 4.5.6 Check new version Virus database: 15435 (20170518) Licensed products: ESET Mail Security I configruated Mail reports on web interface but it not working.( i tested on client send/receive email has been checked by ESET) Plsease help me check.

  11. Hi Marcos & MartinK, Because in Agent policy has just decription : "Report if operating system is not up-to-date" --> operating system is mean : OS,Windows security center ? On Endpoint policy : Microsoft Windows® Update -> it will notification on client or notification on ERA ? Thanks.

Hi all, I created policy as link : hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3691/?locale=en_US But it seems not working.When I reboot client, it not show this alert ("Operating system is not up to date").After client connect ERA, this alert is show. Please help me check. P/s : I tried reboot client many times after apply this policy.

  14. HI Marcos, I tried changed but it still not working. I created other templates with : "Network IP addresses . IP subnetwork in 172.168.2.0" to move pcs in net 172.16.2.0 in Dynamic groups but it not working as I desire.I don't know why.
  15. Hi all, I created Dynamic group template to define pc NOT IN COMPANY but it seems not working as I desire. Example : my network at company is : 192.168.79.0/24, when pc use other network 172.16.2.0/24 will be move to Dynamic group "PC NOT IN COMPANY" But my client at company with ip 192.168.79.129 --> moved dynamic group PC NOT IN COMPANY. Please help me check this.Thanks,
  16. Hi MichaIJ, If ERA server is use IP local at company, when users out of company how to policy "in house" can push from ERA server ? Option "override mode" not help full because user can use this on company to drop all policy.
  17. Hi Katarina, -add the group All in the section Static Groups --> native users hungtt.lab will access group ALL ? hungtt.lab just access group "Chi nhanh 1".
  18. Hi Katarina, Please see below image.I mean that : I can not create All in one installer via Native uses hungtt.lab because it not display Certificate and License.With user Administrator it normal.

Please help me check.
