The current ESET SysRescue image is based upon the 4 year old (L)ubuntu 12.04 and therefore lacks support for newer hardware. I've discovered this issue trying to boot the image on a Thinkpad L560 (from 2016) but Xorg fails to detect any screens on the system. 12.04.5 is outdated too. I therefore suggest you make a new image based upon *ubuntu 16.04 to satify your customers.
