I am having the exact same issue as the OP. This started happening the day I upgraded from version 9 to 10. As far as I can tell, despite the error, I am still running the most current version. I thought perhaps the issue was something on my end, I wasn't able to do an in place upgrade from v9 to v10, it would error out. I had to boot into safemode and manually uninstall 9 and install 10. At least I'm not the only one.

Hello all- ​ ​Just upgraded from version 8 to 9 and am having issues hiding some notifications I don't want shown. Specifically, I do not want the Web Access Protection or Anti-Phishing services to run, but when they are toggled off, I can't seem to figure out how to disable all the big red warnings. I am intentionally disabling these services, but without the ability to toggle off or hide those warnings, my fear is I will no longer see legitimate warnings. ​ ​Hopefully I am missing a configuration setting somewhere...this can't possible be working as intended. ​ ​Thank you!
