Marcos, Just a question, Why don't I see this problem with version 16 of the AV on the same windows 11 build and get issues with version 17? Installed and uninstalled version 17 twice with same issue. Security center is always grayed no matter what version of AV. It's set to delayed start for version 16. I never get the error message.

Let's agree that it's a Win 11 issue in conflict with Ver. 17 And stuff that goes beyond our expertise. Also, in my more than 25 years of Windows troubleshooting, not all computers will generate the same errors that coincide with a specific issue. It's always a common denominator. In this case I don't know what it is and how many people are affected.

Hi, Since latest update I've been getting this error message. Event 18 The Windows Security Center Service was unable to load instances of AntiVirusProduct from datastore. It seems to appear on boot. I don't see any effects from the message but I must say, if it's my AV that has an issue.....π Thanks

NoMachine file sharing blocked by latest version 15.0.21.0

Hi Marcos, I suspected as much as you suggested. I rebooted 2 machines that were awaiting v 15 updates. After reboot, gone. no more issues. I'm sorry, I thought I had tested this properly but i jumped the gun.π€ Thanks -
Hi, I had a computer with a brand new install of Win 10 19044.1288 go into a loop spin every time I logged in. A bunch of errors including Desktop Window Manager stopped working and was closed because it could not access files with network. Also got errors with display driver Intel version 30. I was not able to access the computer long enough to get files to troubleshoot. I backed the system to an image of preinstall of NOD and installed version 14 without issues. I wish I could give you more information but NOD was the only added software after an Acronis backup so the math is simple.

Hi, First heads up to my friend Aryeh Goretsky. He has always been a gentleman when interacting with me. I build computers for a living. I was a 7 year MS MVP desktop support I'm a long time supporter of Eset and I recommend the software to all my customers. Even if I don't always agree with update releases, I've never been stifled when being vocal on this site. Also, Marcos is a patient man βΊοΈ

Well that's a first. Why am I not seeing this on all the other machines that run the same set-up except they aren't new installs ? -

Hi all, I wanted to see if this issue would go away after a few updates but it doesn't. On boot Eset is not recognized as active and after 10-15 minutes or more, everything falls into place. This is a full clean install of a Z390-A Asus board and latest image of Windows 10 18563. I have built a whole bunch of these machines and this is a first. I must say that I really don't care about the message but it makes the customers nervous. Can anybody tell me why this is happening and is there is a fix? Thanks. -

I have just noticed that on boot Eset shows as running and about 10 minutes later I get the warning that it's not running and when I look that is effectively the case. Marcos, any idea please ? -
