I thought I had purchased a class leading product but ESET Smart Security's performance in the February 2015 AV-TEST is dismal. hxxp://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/home-windows/ Of the 27 products tested, ESET Smart Security ranked a lowly 20th on protection and 19th on performance. Even Avast Free Anti-virus beat ESET on protection. Not happy!

Can't install ESS 7 beta Windows 8

I tried the ESET 7 beta after becoming frustrated with Norton and was pleasantly surprised by how good the ESET user interface is. I look forward to trying the next v7 beta on Windows 8.1.
