One page show two hundreds rules, As you said I only move it to top with the same page.How can I move new rule to first before all rules, I think it is a flaw of software.

I found a little question about ess 9.0 network connection. 1、Open "Tool"->"Network connection" Dialog. 2、Click "Close" button。 3、Open ProcessHacker Tool. select a process then open "Properties" Dialog. 4、The screen will flash.
