  1. Hi I am receiving an update interrupted error since the last 3 hours, i have tried updating again and also have restarted PC and router but no good. I am on ESET NOD 32 Antivirus 12.2.30.0
  2. Greetings, I did make a technical query to the technical support but sorry to say got no reply. I have anyways figured out what went wrong, its the latest build of windows 10 insider preview which was causing issues with Eset which i have now sorted by formatting the hard drive and re-installing windows without the insider preview for now.
  3. Greetings, i am using ESET NOD32 version 12x which is the latest on windows 10 64 bit. Windows 10 version 1903 build 18956.1000. Today when i wanted to change some settings i clicked on advanced settings and got a blank page, could not get to advanced settings at all. I thereafter, uninstalled ESET and deleted all folders and registry and re-installed it fresh with my license key but again had the same problem. I then thought maybe windows is curropt and formatted the PC and re-installed windows and re-installed ESET and have the same issue again. I don't know what could have been the issue or what could it be, i downloaded the ESET installer from the official site. Many Thanks
  4. hi, i have nod32 8.0.304.0 installed on my pc and would like to update to the latest which is 8.0.312 but when i check for product update on my nod32 it says i have the latest product, should i be downloading it from ESET website or waiting for it to update automatically in a day or so. thnx
  5. hi, thanks for replying i am using eset smart security ver 4.2.76.0. the reason i am unable to upgrade to 6 is when i installed 6, it would clash with my internet services. i login to the internet using a PPPoE network and it just kills my internet connection after install. Anyways back to this, i have done whats mentioned above with the configuration and its a no go. iam still unable to view firewall logs. i have even tried optimising logs but thats not helping either.
  6. You did not mention if firewall module is running at all? (Setup -> Network -> Personal firewall -> Status?) Tomo hi, thanks for replying, personal firewall is working and enabled. it does ask me for rules if i install a new application, but when i go to tools and logs and try to view the personal firewall logs, nothing shows up, it is blank. I have also tried playing with the filtering option but yet no luck. thanks justin111
  7. Hi, I am using ESET smart security business edition and i have a very strange problem. It has just been reinstalled a week ago but strangely when i go to logs, since yesterday it has stopped showing any personal firewall logs. I am using windows 7 64 bit and i am posting my eset product details below.
