Nicebroom

I just purchased my copy of NOD32, but it won't install on my computer. It takes 45 minutes to download 25% and then it stops, and I get an error message. I've done this three times already (over 3 hours) and the link that the error message sends me to for an "offline installation" just downloads the same installer. Suggestions? I'm running out of patience (and am so far not impressed with what I paid for)
